You should be fine upgrading to QBD I am a consultant and need time tracking but from what I just read, the QBD doesn't offer time entry. The message will include instructions for processing credit card transactions outside QuickBooks. I'll address any other concerns you might have regarding the supportability for QuickBooks Desktop versions. There is a service discontinuation of the product of QuickBooks Desktop every May 31st each year depending on what product version you are using.
